Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

Wear athletic/ loose-fitting clothing and current running shoes (if applicable)

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee based on the appointment price

We accept all major credit cards and HSA/ FSA cards. Payment taken after each session
