Factor Physio completes detailed medical notes after each treatment session and can be made available on patient request. However, superfluous billing and constraints of insurance companies do not apply, so we can do what’s best for YOU instead of having insurance companies dictate care.

Payment
Factor Physio does not directly bill insurance. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/ FSA cards and can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursements. Check with your insurance provider for plan coverage.
