18 SECONDS FASTER
The average improvement in the mile time trial from the beginning to the end of our Summer Track Night Series.
NOT YOUR TYPICAL RUN CLUB.
Track Night combines coached workouts, running education, and community into one night each week.
__ You don't need to know how to run a track workout.
__ You don't need to be training for a race.
__ And you definitely don't need to be "fast."
01__ LEARN
6:15 - 6:30 PM
Each week starts with something designed to make you a better runner: educational talks, drills, mobility, warm-ups, or sessions with guest experts.
TRAINING IS MORE THAN JUST MILES.
Every Track Night includes a short education session designed specifically for runners.
Past Track Night topics have included:

-
Sports nutrition + fueling
-
Exercise physiology + training zones
-
Running shoe selection
-
Injury Prevention
-
Recovery + sleep
-
Sports massage + recovery
We bring in local experts throughout the series to give you access to professionals across the endurance and performance community.

Workouts are adjusted for different pace groups so everyone gets an appropriate training stimulus.
03__ EXTRA MILES
7:30 - 7:45 PM
Cool down, add some easy mileage, ask questions, and hang out with the group.
THE WORKOUT ENDS. THE CONVERSATION DOESN'T.
After the final rep, we bring the heart rate down together. Add a few easy laps, ask questions while the workout is still fresh, and connect with the people who just worked through it with you.

Use the time to:
-
Cool down with the group
-
Add easy mileage
-
Ask about pacing, recovery + training
-
Celebrate the work and connect with other runners
Some of the best coaching and conversations happen after the clock stops.
