Plan Details

In person visit that includes a full gait assessment and biomechanic assessment, goal setting session, and 1 month of a customized training plan, which will include strength/mobility work, swimming, cycling, and running plan.

Subsequent months include a 15 minute phone call / digital meeting every other week to discuss workouts & goals, progress, etc. Strength / mobility, swimming, biking, running plans will be updated based on these meetings.
